مطالعه تحلیلی و عددی نورد فویل آلومینیومی با در نظر گرفتن تغییر شکل الاستیک غلتک های نورد

چکیده
در تحلیل نورد ورق ها، با توجه به ناچیز بودن تغییر شکل الاستیک غلتک ها در مقایسه با کاهش ضخامت اعمالی، معمولاً غلتک ها را صلب در نظر می گیرند. در نورد فویل ‌ها که ضخامت بسیار کمی دارند، این فرض می تواند منشا خطای زیاد نتایج تحلیل شود. در این مقاله، کاهش ضخامت 32 درصدی فویل آلومینیومی به ضخامت 1/0 میلیمتر در اثر نورد با دو غلتک استوانه‌ ای و با لحاظ نمودن تغییر شکل الاستیک آن ‌ها (خیز غلتک و پهن ‌شدگی سطح غلتک) به دو روش تحلیلی و اجزاء محدود حل و مقایسه شده است. فشار تماسی بین غلتک ‌ها و فویل به صورت تابعی از موقعیت محوری تماس و تحت تأثیر تغییر شکل الاستیک غلتک‌ها لحاظ شده است. اندرکنش فشار تماسی و تغییر شکل غلتک ها باعث می شود تا مقادیر آن ها با تکرار محاسبات و همگرایی نتایج، تعیین شود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تغییر شکل الاستیک غلتک‌ ها برای مشخصات مورد استفاده در این مطالعه تا 20 درصد کاهش ضخامت اعمالی تعیین شد. همچنین، غیریکنواختی ضخامت فویل نورد شده در اثر تغییر شکل غلتک ‌ها، 13 درصد کاهش ضخامت اعمالی محاسبه گردید. برای تعدیل این مشکل می‌ توان از غلتک بشکه ‌ای با انحنای مناسب استفاده نمود.
