مروری بر کاربردهای متنوع مواد مرکب در صنایع هواپیماسازی

چکیده

در این مقاله کاربردهای متنوع و چشم‌گیر مواد مرکب در حوزة صنعت حمل‌ونقل به‌اجمال مرور و بررسی شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا، مقدمه‌ای جامع از ظهور و بروز و کاربرد این دسته از مواد در صنعت حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای، ریلی و هوایی مطرح می‌شود. سپس کاربردهای متعدد مواد مرکب در صنعت طراحی و ساخت قطعات و بخش‌های گوناگون انواع هواپیما، اعم از هواپیماهای تجاری، مسافری و نظامی، معرفی می‌گردد. پس از آن، موارد متعدد کاربرد کامپوزیت‌ها در فرایند طراحی و ساخت انواع هلی‌کوپترها بررسی و نهایتاً مقایسه‌ای آماری میان موارد کاربرد و میزان استفاده از مواد مرکب در انواع پرنده‌های تجاری و نظامی معرفی می‌شود. خوانندة این مقاله، پس از مطالعه و واکاوی مطالب عنوان‌شده، افق فراروی این صنعت فناورمحور را بهتر درک کرده، نسبت به کاربردهای متنوع این مواد درکی فنی‌تر پیدا خواهد کرد و قادر خواهد بود فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای فراروی صنعت تولید این مواد را تاحدودی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دهد.
