تحلیل کمانش ساندویچ پانل کامپوزیتی مورد استفاده در سازه کلاهک محافظ ماهواره

چکیده

هدف در این مقاله، تحلیل کمانش ساندویچ پانل کامپوزیتی مورد استفاده در سازه کلاهک محافظ ماهواره و بررسی اثر عوامل مختلف بر کمانش این سازه به روش اجزا محدود است. به این منظور، ابتدا نتایج تحلیل کمانش پانل با هسته لانه زنبوری آلومینیومی و رویه کربن/ اپوکسی با نتایج تجربی موجود در مقالات مقایسه و مدل اجزا محدود صحه‌گذاری شده است. سپس تاثیر ضخامت هسته و رویه، جنس و ساختار هسته، هیبریدی بودن رویه‌ها و چیدمان رویه‌ها بر نیروی بحرانی کمانش پانل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پانل کامپوزیتی به صورت قطاعی یک شانزدهم از یک پوسته نازک استوانه‌ای مدلسازی و با استفاده از المان‌های آجری خطی با اندازه شش میلیمتر المان بندی شده است. فرض شده است که پانل فاقد عیوب هندسی و ترک اولیه باشد. بر اساس تحلیل‌های انجام شده، پانل با رویه هیبریدی آلیاژ تیتانیوم و کربن/ اپوکسی بهترین استحکام کمانشی را دارا بوده و 78 درصد افزایش بار بحرانی کمانش نسبت به پانل اولیه را نتیجه می دهد.
