تشخیص عیب در توربوکمپرسورهای ایستگاه‌های تقویت فشار گاز با بکارگیری روش آنالیز سیگنال‌های ارتعاشی تجربی

چکیده

ایستگاه‌های تقویت فشار گاز جهت افزایش فشار گاز و نیز جلوگیری از افت فشار آن در فواصل مشخصی از خطوط انتقال گاز احداث شده و مورد بهره‌برداری واقع می‌شوند. به دلیل افت فشار ایجادشده در نتیجه انبساط گاز، وجود تلفات اصطکاکی، تغییر در ارتفاع و یا نوسانات دما و به منظور جبران تلفات فشار در این ایستگاه‌ها، از ﺗﻮرﺑﻮﮐﻤﭙﺮﺳﻮرﻫﺎ جهت متراکم کردن گاز و افزایش فشار آن استفاده می‌شود. در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش آنالیز سیگنال‌های ارتعاشی به بررسی و پایش وضعیت توربوکمپرسورهای ایستگاه‌های تقویت فشار گاز و همچنین شناسایی عیوب ایجادشده در این تجهیزات پرداخته می‌شود. بدین منظور، سیگنال‌های ارتعاشی به صورت تجربی و با استفاده از سنسورهای شتاب‌سنج نصب‌شده روی بدنه توربوکمپرسور به کمک سیستم داده‌برداری ثبت می‌شود. سپس با استفاده از آنالیز طیف فرکانسی و بر اساس استاندارد ISO 10816، به بررسی وجود عیب و نوع آن در توربوکمپرسورهای ایستگاه‌های مختلف تقویت فشار شامل ایستگاه‌های قلعه‌جوق، نکا، نور، مرگنلر و تبریز پرداخته می‌شود.
