بررسی عددی ترکیب روش‌های پارامترسازی هندسی سوییپ، لین، دایهدرال و خم انتهایی در بهینه‌سازی پره‌های روتور و استاتور یک کمپرسور محوری گذرصوتی

چکیده

پس از طراحی اولیه توربوماشین‌ها، بهینه‌سازی آن‌ها از اهداف اصلی مهندسین این رشته به شمار می‌آید. قدم نخست در انجام بهینه‌ سازی، پارامتر‌سازی متغیرهای هندسی پره و پیاده ‌سازی آن در الگوریتم‌ های تصادفی بهینه ‌سازی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش، از ترکیب روش‌های سوییپ، لین، دایهدرال و خم انتهایی، برای پارامترسازی هندسی پره‌ های روتور و استاتور یک کمپرسور محوری گذر صوتی یک طبقه استفاده شده است. سپس، بهینه‌ سازی با به‌کارگیری الگوریتم ژنتیک، به همراه شبیه ‌سازی‌های عددی به روش حجم محدود در یک بستر خودکار محاسباتی توسعه یافته انجام ‌گردید. از نتایج بهینه ‌سازی انجام گرفته با استفاده از روش‌های پارامترسازی ذکر شده، می‌توان به تغییر مکان موج ضربه‌ای عمودی به سمت لبه فرار و کاهش شدت موج ضربه ‌ای قوسی در لبه حمله پره‌ های روتور و نیز کاهش ناحیه جدایش جریان در استاتور اشاره نمود. این تغییرات منجر به افزایش بازده آیزنتروپیک به میزان 3٪ و نسبت فشار کل به میزان 1٪ در نقطه طرح می‌گردد. همچنین، کاهش اثر خفگی در جریان و افزایش دبی جرمی نسبت به طراحی اولیه در نتایج بهینه ‌سازی مشاهده می‌شود. در این پژوهش، اثر همزمان روش‌های پارامترسازی هندسی ذکر شده، بر نتایج بهینه‌ سازی مورد توجه قرار گرفته که در پژوهش های پیشین به این روش صورت نگرفته است.
