تأثیر فرآیند مجازی بر کاهش هزینه‌های مهندسی معکوس چرخ‌دنده‌های جعبه‌دنده موتورسیکلت CB125R

چکیده

دقت در طراحی اولیه چرخ‌دنده‌ها می‌تواند تا حد زیادی کارکرد مناسب جعبه‌دنده به عنوان قسمتی از سیستم انتقال نیرو در موتورهای محرک را تضمین نماید. این مقاله تأثیر اقتصادی اجرای فرآیند مجازی را که دربرگیرنده طراحی به کمک کامپیوتر و روش نمونه‌سازی سریع است، در مهندسی معکوس چرخ‌دنده‌های جعبه‌دنده انتقال نیرو در موتورسیکلت مدل CB125R ساخت شرکت هوندا به منظور اصلاح روند سنتی موجود و کاهش هزینه‌های تولیدی مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. به این منظور چرخ‌دنده‌های فلزی از روی جعبه‌دنده موتورسیکلت دمونتاژ و از لحاظ ابعادی مورد بررسی قرار داده شد که با توجه به اصلاحی بودن آنها، محاسباتی به منظور یافتن مدول هر جفت چرخ‌دنده‌ درگیر با هم انجام گرفت. پس از استخراج مشخصات ابعادی چرخ‌دنده‌ها، مدل کامپیوتری تک‌تک آنها ترسیم و سپس نمونه‌های فیزیکی از آنها توسط روش پرینت سه‌بعدی با لایه‌گذاری رسوبی تولید شد. از نمونه‌های تولیدشده برای تست نحوه مونتاژپذیری اولیه چرخ‌دنده‌ها در جعبه‌دنده و اطمینان از صحت ابعادی آنها برای تولید انبوه استفاده گردید. با تأیید طراحی اولیه، تولید انبوه چرخ‌دنده‌ها با پارامترهای تعیین شده توسط ماشین‌کاری به روش هاب‌زنی آغاز شد. نتایج حاصل از پایش کاربرد فرآیند مجازی در مهندسی معکوس چرخ‌دنده‌های مورد بررسی در بازه پنج‌ماهه از تولید انبوه نشان می‌دهد که فرآیند مجازی میزان هزینه‌های ناشی از خطا در تولید، ایرادات مونتاژپذیری و ضایعات ایجاد شده را به ترتیب به میزان 100، 55 و 71 درصد و در مجموع کل هزینه‌های تولید انبوه را به میزان 36% کاهش داده‌است.
