تحلیل عددی فوم‌های فولادی و آلومینیومی تحت بارگذاری محوری ضربه‌ای

چکیده

جاذب‌های انرژی کاربرد‌‌های مختلفی در خودروها، صنایع نظامی، کشتی‌ها، قطارها، صنایع هوافضا و غیره دارند. در سال‌های اخیر، با توسعه علم و فناوری جاذب‌های مختلفی اختراع شده‌اند که برای تحمل ضربات و برای اطمینان از ایمنی سازه‌ها در مقابل ضربات مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. در میان جاذب‌ها، فوم‌ها دارای مزایای قابل توجهی از جمله وزن سبک و جذب انرژی بر واحد جرم بالا هستند. فوم‌های ترکیبی در مقایسه با فوم‌های فلزی معمولی دارای قابلیت جذب انرژی بالاتری هستند؛ به همین دلیل در این مطالعه به بررسی عددی میزان جذب انرژی فوم‌های ترکیبی در سرعت بالا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار المان محدود آباکوس پرداخته می‌شود. همچنین نمودار نیرو-جابه‌جایی، میزان جذب انرژی در واحد جرم، نیروی بیشینه اولیه و میانگین نیروی نمونه‌ها بررسی می‌شود. نمونه‌های مورد نظر از جنس فوم ترکیبی فولاد کم‌کربن، فوم  ترکیبی آلومینیوم-6061 و آلومینیوم-6063 هستند. با توجه به نتایج، مشاهده می‌شود که میزان جذب انرژی، نیروی بیشینه و نیروی میانگین فوم ترکیبی از جنس فولاد کم‌کربن از فوم‌های ترکیبی آلومینیومی بیشتر است اما مقدار جذب انرژی در واحد جرم فوم ترکیبی آلومینیوم-6063 از دو نمونه تست‌شده بیشتر است.
