پیشرفت های اخیر در روش های ساخت افزودنی مبتنی بر چاپ چهاربعدی

چکیده
امروزه ساخت افزودنی که با عنوان چاپ سه بعدی نیز شناخته می شود، نقش مهمی در تولید قطعات با هندسه پیچیده و خواص متفاوت در صنایع مختلف دارد. چاپ چهاربعدی فناوری دیگری در این زمینه است که بر پایه چاپ سه بعدی توسعه یافته است. بعد چهارم در این فناوری زمان است که سازه با گذشت زمان نسبت به محرک های خارجی واکنش نشان داده و تغییر شکل از خود نشان می‌ دهد که نیازمند محرک ‌های اضافی و مواد پاسخگو به محرک است. از فناوری چاپ سه بعدی برای سازه‌ های استاتیکی و از فناوری چاپ چهار بعدی در سازه‌ های دینامیکی استفاده می ‌شود که مهم‌ ترین نقطه تمایز بین چاپ ‌سه بعدی و چاپ چهار بعدی به شمار می ‌آید. در مطالعه حاضر ابتدا به بررسی تاریخچه این فناوری پرداخته شد. سپس روش‌ های مورد استفاده در این فناوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و مواد هوشمند مورد استفاده جهت پاسخ به محرک‌ های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با پیشرفت این فناوری و نیازهای جدید در حوزه‌ های مختلف، مطالعات بیشتری بر روی این فناوری در حال انجام است. در مطالعه حاضر علاوه بر پیشرفت ‌ها چالش ‌های پیش رو نیز مورد توجه بوده است و چشم انداز آینده این فناوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
