پیش بینی میکرومکانیکی مدول الاستیک کامپوزیت پایه سیمانی تقویت شده با میکروالیاف فولادی و نانوذرات گرافن

چکیده
در این مقاله با ارائه یک رویکرد میکرومکانیکی سلسه مراتبی جدید بر اساس روش موری-تاناکا، مدول الاستیک کامپوزیت پایه سیمانی تقویت شده با میکروالیاف فولادی و نانوصفحات گرافن پیش بینی می شود. اثرات کلوخه ای شدن نانوذرات گرافن در زمینه سیمانی به عنوان یکی از پارامترهای مهم ریزساختاری در فرآیند مدل سازی میکرومکانیکی لحاظ می شود. همچنین اثرات مقدار نانوذرات گرافن، نسبت منظر، مقدار و همراستایی الیاف فولادی در زمینه سیمانی بر مدول الاستیک کامپوزیت مورد مطالعه قرار می گیرد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، نتایج پیش بینی شده در این مطالعه با داده های تجربی مقایسه می شوند. نتایج نشان می دهد که افزودن نانوذرات گرافن با توزیع یکنواخت به کامپوزیت سیمانی حاوی الیاف فولادی موجب بهبود خواص الاستیک می شود. تشکیل حالت کلوخه ای نانوذرات، سبب کاهش اثرات تقویت کنندگی گرافن می شود. بر اساس نتایج میکرومکانیکی، افزایش مقدار و نسبت منظر میکروالیاف فولادی مدول الاستیک کامپوزیت پایه سیمانی را افزایش می دهد. همچنین همراستایی الیاف موجب حصول حداکثری مدول الاستیک کامپوزیت پایه سیمانی تقویت شده با الیاف فولادی و نانوصفحات گرافن خواهد شد.
