میکرومیکسرهای ریزسیالی قابل ساخت

چکیده
میکرومیکسرها به‌ طور گسترده در صنایع مهندسی، زیستی و پزشکی کاربرد دارند. تا کنون انواع متنوعی از میکرومیکسرها طراحی و ساخته شده ‌است. ساختار، عملکرد، بازده و نمونه‌ های قابل اختلاط در میکرومیکسرها با هم متفاوت است. مقاله حاضر به بررسی انواع میکرومیکسرها با اولویت مقالات تجربی و طرح ‌های قابل ساخت پرداخته است. این دستگاه‌ ها بر اساس راهکارهایی که برای بهبود اختلاط در آنها به‌کار رفته است، دسته ‌بندی و مزایا و معایب هرکدام بررسی می‌ شود. میکرومیکسرها به طور کلی به دو دسته غیرفعال و فعال تقسیم ‌بندی می ‌شوند. در انواع غیرفعال،  فرآیند اختلاط بر اساس اصول دینامیک سیالاتی با استفاده از مسیرهای منحنی، قرار دادن موانع‌ در مسیر جریان و شکل‌ های هندسی پیچیده انجام می ‌شود. در انواع فعال از میدان‌ مغناطیسی، الکتریکی و امواج صوتی برای اختلاط استفاده می‌ کنند. در مقایسه با نمونه ‌های غیرفعال، عملکرد اختلاط سیستم ‌های فعال بهتر است ولی فرآیند ساخت آنها به دلیل نیاز به محرک خارجی برای تولید میدان یا امواج پیچیده تر، زمان ‌بر و گران ‌تر ‌است. بعلاوه اختلاط فعال برای برخی نمونه ‌‌ها مثلاً سیالات غیرمغناطیسی یا زیستی مناسب و کاربردی نیست. مقاله حاضر اطلاعات جامع و مفیدی را برای انتخاب میکرومیکسری مناسب بر اساس مزایا، معایب و عملکرد این ریزتراشه ‌ها فراهم می ‌کند.
