مواد گرادیانی تابعی ساخته شده توسط ساخت افزایشی: نگرشی کوتاه بر کاربرد مواد گرادیانی در توربین

چکیده
مواد گرادیانی تابعی (FGM)، گروهی از مواد مهندسی شده هستند که به صورت پیوسته و ناپیوسته در دو حالت فیلم نازک و بالک، طراحی و ساخته می شوند. با گسترش و دسترسی آسان تر روش های پیشرفته، دقیق تر و کنترلی ساخت قطعات مانند ساخت افزایشی، پتانسیل استفاده از این مواد نیز افزایش یافته است. در این گزارش، با مروری بر تعاریف اولیه و روش های متداول ساخت مواد گرادیانی، به بررسی امکان ساخت این مواد با استفاده از ساخت افزایشی پرداخته شده و با بررسی مطالعات انجام گرفته، ویژگی های هر روش ذکر گردیده است. در انتها، با در نظر گرفتن میزان اهمیت استفاده از این دسته از مواد در کاربردهای حساسی مانند صنعت توربین، دو نمونه از مطالعات موردی استفاده از این مواد براساس روش ساخت افزایشی در سیستم دوار (توربین گاز)، ارائه و معرفی شده است. در این مطالعات، هم از حالت فیلم نازک در قالب پوشش گرادیانی و هم به صورت بالک و یکپارچه جهت ساخت قطعه مورد استفاده در توربین گاز، استفاده گردیده است.
