مروری بر پارامترهای مؤثر در ماشین‌ کاری کامپوزیت ‌های زمینه فلزی

چکیده

امروزه به علت نیاز روزافزون صنایع مختلف نظامی، هوافضا، خودروسازی و ... به مواد با نسبت استحکام به وزن بالا، مقاومت خوب در مقابل سایش و خستگی و ... استفاده از مواد کامپوزیتی، به‌خصوص کامپوزیت‌ های پایه فلزی به صورت چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. ماشین‌ کاری جهت نیل به‌دقت ابعادی بالا جزء جدایی ‌ناپذیر فرآیند تولید محصولات ساخته‌ شده با کامپوزیت ‌های پایه فلزی می ‌باشد. به دلیل وجود ماده تقویت‌ کننده همچون کاربید سیلیسیوم و ... ماشین‌کاری این دسته از مواد همواره با چالش‌های فراوانی ازجمله سایش ابزار، افزایش نیروهای ماشین‌کاری، کاهش کیفیت سطح و ... روبه‌رو می‌گردد. لذا مطالعه پارامترهای مؤثر بر ماشین‌ کاری کامپوزیت‌ های زمینه فلزی امری ضروری و اجتناب‌ ناپذیر می ‌باشد. مطالعات زیادی در این حوزه توسط پژوهشگران مختلف صورت پذیرفته است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است با بررسی مهم ‌ترین مقالات منتشر شده در این حوزه، اطلاعات جامع و درعین ‌حال خلاصه ‌وار از عوامل تأثیرگذار در فرآیندهای سنتی ماشین ‌کاری از قبیل تراش ‌کاری، فرزکاری و ... یا فرآیندهای غیر سنتی ماشین ‌کاری همچون تخلیه الکتریکی، ماشین‌ کاری الکتروشیمیایی و ... در اختیار خوانندگان قرار گیرد. همچنین نحوه عملکرد انواع ابزار مختلف در هنگام ماشین ‌کاری کامپوزیت ‌های زمینه فلزی بررسی شد. در پایان به خلاء های موجود و موضوعات جدید و قابل ‌مطالعه برای محققان اشاره شد.
