مروری بر ساخت ایمپلنت‌های دندانی و انتخاب بهینه پارامترهای ساخت آنها به منظور دستیابی به خواص مکانیکی و زیست سازگاری مطلوب

چکیده

امروزه از ایمپلنت‌های دندانی در بیمارانی که بصورت جزئی، تکی و یا به طور کامل دندان خود را از دست داده‌اند به صورت متداول استفاده می‌گردد. با افزایش پژوهش‌ها در جهت شناخت خواص زیست پزشکی، شیمیایی، ساختاری و بارهای مکانیکی در دهان و دندان، ایمپلنت‌ها تغییر و بهبود زیادی را از نظر ابعاد، طراحی بدنه، جنس، روش‌های تولید و نوع سطح به خود دیده‌اند. در مقاله حاضر، در ابتدا به بررسی کلیات ایمپلنت‌های دندانی پرداخته شده‌است. سپس مروری بر پژوهش‌هایی که تاثیر جنس‌ها، روش‌های ساخت و شرایط سطحی و پوشش ایمپلنت‌ها را بر روی خواص مکانیکی، شیمیایی و زیست‌ سازگاری و عملکرد ایمپلنت‌ها بررسی کرده‌اند، ارائه شده‌است. نتایج حاصل از آزمونهای مکانیکی ازجمله تعیین سختی و سایش، آزمونهای تعیین استحکام کششی-فاری و استحکام برشی، آزمون تعیین زبری، آزمون مقاومت به خوردگی، آزمونهای کشت سلولی درون و برون-تنی و تصاویر میکروسکوپ روبشی از رفتار سلولها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. در مجموع وبا توجه به مقالات حاضر، استفاده و تولید ایمپلنت‌های دندانی با رزوه دوم و سوم و رزوه با عمق متغیر و استفاده از پوشش زیست سازگار از جمله پوشش هیدروکسی آپاتیت و ماسه پاشی در قسمت سطح ایمپلنت و از جنس آلیاژهای تیتانیومی بخصوص تیتانیوم خالص با استفاده از روش نوین ساخت ذوب لیزر انتخابی بدلیل خواص مکانیکی، شیمیایی و زیست سازگاری و در نتیجه افزایش عمر مفید ایمپلنت از جمله پیشرفت‌های این عرصه است.
