بررسی فناوری پوشش‌دهی لیزری مواد و پارامترهای مؤثر بر آن

چکیده

فناوری و فرایند پوشش‌دهی لیزری  به‌دلیل ماهیت آن، قابلیت تولید و تعمیر و بهینه‌سازی قطعات با دقت و پیچیدگی بالا را ایجاد می‌کند. پوشش‌دهی لیزری انتقال حرارت پیچیده با گستردگی زیاد و تغییرات ترموالاستوپلاستیک در ارتباط بین میدان‌های مولتی فیزیک را ارائه می‌دهد که با چند پدیده فیزیکی از جمله ذوب‌شدگی، انجماد، گذر و تغییر فاز در پودر فلز و غیر‌فلز همراه است. این فرایند شامل گرادیان‌های گرمایی بالا و نرخ گرمایش و سرمایش است که باعث ایجاد تنش‌های پسماند، پیچش و اعوجاج می‌شود. حرارت و میدان‌های جریان در حوضچه مذاب بر روی هدایت و انتقال گرما، انتقال جرم و انجماد و در نهایت بر روی کیفیت لایه پوشش‌دهی تأثیر می‌گذارد. کیفیت و خصوصیات لایه پوششی توسط عوامل زیادی از قبیل هندسه پوشش، میکروساختارها، میزان مخلوط‌شدگی ، وجود نقص، اعوجاج، صافی‌سطح، تغییرات متالوژیکی در زیر‌لایه و بازدهی فرایند می‌تواند مشخص و تعیین شود. این عوامل، بدون در نظر گرفتن درجه اهمیت‌شان، متأثر از پارامترهای فرایند پوشش‌دهی و پدیده فیزیکی که در طول فرایند رخ می‌دهد، هستند.  در این تحقیق، به مطالعه و بررسی فرایند پوشش‌دهی لیزری، بیان انواع و روش انجام آنها، خصوصیات فرایند، پارامترهای مؤثر در طول فرایند و پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این حوزه پرداخته شده است.
