بررسی کاربردی فرایند شکل‌دهی نموی تک‌نقطه‌ای و چندنقطه‌ای فلزات

چکیده

اختصاصاً شکل‌دهی نموی ، فرآیندی نوین در زمینه شکل‌دهی ورق محسوب می‌شود، که نسبتاً کم‌هزینه،  چابک و ‌قابل اجرا با تجهیزات ساخت‌وتولیدی به نسبت ساده و دسترس، مانند: یک ابزار سرکروی و یک دستگاه فرز CNC  و یک نگهدارنده  ساده به منظور مهار ورق، قابل انجام شده است؛ این روش ‌ازانعطاف پذیری بالاتری نسبت به سایر روش‌های نمونه‌سازی سریع  برخوردار است. در این فرآیند برای شکل‌دهی ورق نیاز به ساخت قالب به شکل متداول نیست، همچنین  نیاز به دستگاه پرس‌ و از این قبیل تجهیزات، نیست؛ در نتیجه این شیوه فرم‌دهی ورق، بسیار روشی مناسب و اقتصادی به منظور تولید قطعات ورق‌گونه با تیراژ کم و یا آماده‌سازی نمونه‌های سریع جهت ارائه به مشتری یا بازار شده است، زیرا با استفاده از این نوع شکل‌دهی می‌توان از دو مقوله مهم در راستای تولید این چنین قطعات، که هزینه و زمان زیاد آماده‌سازی تجهیزات لازم شده است، صرفه‌جویی کرد. شکل‌دهی ورق در این روش، نتیجه درکنار هم قرارگرفتن تغییر شکل‌های پلاستیک موضعی، که درناحیه کوچکی زیر ابزارسرکروی  با حرکت به نسبت آهسته ابزار به‌وجود می‌آید، تشکیل می‌شود؛ همان طور که بیان شد حرکت ابزار و درنتیجه سرعت فرآیند آهسته شده است، بنابراین روش مناسبی، برای تولید انبوه  نیست.
