کاربرد امواج فراصوتی در درمان سنگ کلیه

چکیده

امواج فراصوتی دارای کاربردهای بسیاری در پزشکی هستند. از انباشت کریستالهای ادرار سنگ های کلیه بوجود می آیند. زمانی که اندازه این سنگ ها کوچک تر از 2 میلیمتر باشد به راحتی توسط بدن دفع می گردد و در غیر این صورت باید توسط پزشک دفع گردد. هایفو به امواج متمرکز با شدت بالا گفته می شود. یکی از کاربردهای هایفو در درمان سنگ شکنی کلیه می باشد. این مقاله به سنگ شکنی با استفاده از امواج فراصوت و ساز و کارهای موثر بر آن می پردازد که ساز و کارهای فیزیکی به دو بخش حرارتی و مکانیکی تقسیم بندی می گردد. دو نوع روش سنگ شکنی ESWL و BWL وجود دارد. در ESWL پروفیل امواج به صورت شوک می باشد و در نتیجه شوک وارده سبب تخریب سنگ ها می گردد. در روش BWL پروفیل امواج به شکل هارمونیک می باشد که سبب ایجاد رزونانس در سنگ و شکست آن می گردد.
