تحلیل علل ریشهای خرابی جعبهدنده سیارهای توربین بادی
توربین بادی مجموعهای پیچیده از سیستمهای الکترومکانیکی است که انرژی جنبشی باد را به توان الکتریکی تبدیل میکند. امروزه استفاده از توربینهای بادی بسیار شایع است و این توربینها بیشتر در محیطهای بسیار نامساعد فعال هستند و در معرض انواع خرابیها قرار میگیرند. طبق تحقیقات صورت گرفته، جعبهدندهٔ سیارهای توربین بادی سهم بسزایی در از کارافتادگی آن دارد و این در حالیست که تاکنون شمار اندکی از محققان به بررسی خرابیهای جعبهدندهٔ توربین بادی و علل ریشهای این خرابیها پرداختهاند. در این مقاله، ابتدا خرابیهای مختلف جعبهدندهٔ توربین بادی بوسیلهٔ عملیات میدانی جمعآوری شده و تحلیل حالات خرابی و اثرات آنها (FMEA) صورت گرفته است. سپس، با بهرهگیری از استاندارد MIL-STD-1629A و معیار عدد اولویت ریسک (RPN) به تشخیص خرابیهای اصلی و مهم این تجهیز پرداخته شده است؛ اصلیترین خرابیهای حاصل به ترتیب عبارتند از: وجود ترک در چرخدندهٔ خورشیدی (پینیون)، سایش دندانههای چرخدندهٔ خورشیدی (پینیون) و ارتعاشات غیر عادی بیرینگ چرخدندهٔ خورشیدی (پینیون) مرحله سوم. نهایتاً، تحلیل درخت عیب (FTA) برای خرابی اصلی ارائه شده است تا بدین ترتیب بتوان علل این خرابی را ریشهیابی نموده و گامی مفید و مؤثر در جهت کاهش و یا حذف علل آن در تحقیقات آتی برداشت.

مروری بر حسگرهای اکسیژنی زیرکونیایی
اندازهگیری و تعیین مقدار اکسیژن موجود در محیط در صنایع مختلف از جمله صنایع ذوب فلزات و متالورژی، اتومبیل و خودرو، سیمان و نیروگاههای برق نقش کلیدی در کنترل و بهینهسازی فرآیند تولید دارد. آزمونهای متنوعی مانند روشهای شیمیایی کروماتوگرافی و آزمونهای الکتروشیمیایی برای اندازهگیری میزان اکسیژن وجود دارد. حسگرهای اکسیژنی زیرکونیایی (اکسید زیرکونیوم) در زمره روشهای الکتروشیمیایی محسوب میگردند. استفاده از این حسگرها برای تعیین میزان اکسیژن موجود در محیطهای با دمای بالاتر از 300 درجه سانتیگراد بسیار مناسب بوده و از نظر دقت، پاسخ زمانی، صحت و قابلیت اطمینان و مدت زمان عملکرد و قیمت نسبت به حسگرهای دیگر برتری دارد. زیرکونیا به دلیل خواص منحصربهفردی چون دمای ذوب بالا (2680 K)، پایداری شیمیایی و ابعادی مناسب در محیطهای خورنده، سختی بالا، مدول یانگ نسبتاً پایین و نیز خواص ریزساختاری و شبکهای، کاربردهای گوناگونی در حوزههای محتلف از جمله حسگرهای گازی و پیلهای سوختی دارد. با توجه به ساختار کریستالی یونی، زیرکونیا در ترکیب با برخی اکسیدها تشکیل محلول جامد داده و پدیده هدایت یونی به ویژه در دماهای بالا اتفاق میافتد. در نتیجه با استفاده از مکانیزم هدایت یونی، امکان مانیتورینگ گرادیان اکسیژنی در محیطهای مختلف وجود داشته و مقدار اکسیژن موجود در محیط با اندازهگیری نیروهای الکتروموتوری ایجادشده، بدست میآید.

آنالیز مودال تجربی و تحلیلی پره و دیسک توربین گاز رولزرویس
شناسایی فرکانس طبیعیهای یک سیستم مکانیکی برای احتراز از رخداد پدیده تشدید همواره مورد توجه بوده است؛ روشهای تجربی همواره برای تحلیلهای مکانیکی قابل اعتمادتر و البته پرهزینهتر بودهاند. آنالیز مودال تجربی روشی معمول برای شناسایی پارامترهای ارتعاشی یک سیستم مکانیکی است. انجام موفق آزمون مودال سازههای پیچیده همواره با مشکلاتی روبرو است؛ به عنوان نمونه میبایست اندازهگیریهای تجربی همواره در خارج از نقاط گرههای مودهای ارتعاشی صورت گیرد. در این مقاله تلاش میگردد تا با استفاده از آزمون مودال چکش، فرکانس طبیعی و شکل مودهای دیسک و یک پره، توربین رولزرویس استخراج گردد. برای انجام موفق آزمون مودال تجربی، از تحلیل اجزا محدود مدل سیستم نیز استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل عددی در کنار نتایج تجربی مکمل یکدیگر بودهاند و میتوان از نتایج عددی برای بهینه کردن فرآیند آزمون استفاده نمود و البته از نتایج تجربی برای اصلاح مدل تحلیلی نیز استفاده کرد. به طور کلی نتایج نشان میدهد که در انجام آزمون مودال تجربی چنین سازهای تحلیلهای عددی میتواند در موفقیت آزمون راهگشا باشد و به عنوان مکمل، در کنار نتایج تجربی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

بررسی نرمافزار متنباز PIVlab برای سرعتسنجی از روی تصویر دیجیتال ذرات
سرعتسنجی تصویر ذرات دیجیتال، یک تکنیک آنالیز غیرنفوذی بسیار مطلوب است که برای بررسی میدان جریان بهصورت کمی استفاده میشود. بهطور معمول، یک آنالیز DPIV شامل 3 مرحلهٔ پیشپردازش تصویر، ارزیابی تصویر و پسپردازش است. هدف پیشپردازش، افزایش کیفیت تصاویر قبل از اعمال همبستگی بر روی تصویر است. قابل ذکر است که حساسترین قسمت آنالیز DPIV، الگوریتم همبستگی بوده که در مرحلهٔ ارزیابی تصویر اعمال میشود. همچنین انجام پسپردازش بر روی دادههای حاصل از آنالیز DPIV، بهمنظور دستیابی به نتایج قابل اعتماد، الزامی است. بهمنظور دستیابی به نتایج دقیق در میدانهای جریان پیچیده، چالشها و مشکلاتی وجود دارند که باید حل شوند در واقع کیفیت اندازهگیری جریان به جزئیات محاسباتی از قبیل شرایط ابتدایی تصویر (پیشپردازش)، برآوردگر اوج زیر پیکسل، تکنیک اعتبارسنجی دادهها، الگوریتم درونیابی و روشهای هموارسازی بستگی دارد. در این تحقیق دقت چندین الگوریتم بررسی شده است. همچنین، تکنیکهای موجود در رابط کاربری گرافیکی کاربرپسند PIVlab که ابزاری بر اساس کدی متنباز تحت نرمافزار متلب بهمنظور انجام آنالیزها در تکنیک سرعتسنجی تصویر ذرات دیجیتال است، تشریح شده است.

انژکتورهای پیزوالکتریک در خودرو
انژکتورهای پیزوالکتریک به عنوان جایگزینی برای انژکتورهای سلونوئیدی شناخته میشوند. این انژکتورها به سبب وجود مادهٔ پیزوالکتریک در عملگر آنها و خواص منحصربهفرد این دسته از مواد، دارای ویژگیهایی هستند که این انژکتورها را از بقیه نمونههای موجود متمایز میسازد. سرعت عمل بالاتر، اتمیزه شدن بیشتر سوخت و همچنین استفاده از تکنولوژی سیستمهای ریل مشترک باعث شده که این دسته از انژکتورها جایگاه ویژه ای در موتورهای دیزل داشته باشند. همچنین با استفاده از این نوع انژکتور میزان آلایندگی گازهای خروجی به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش می یابد که ناشی از پودر شدن بهتر سوخت به علت بالا رفتن فشار در سیستم تزریق سوخت تا 2000 bar و همچنین داشتن کنترل کامل بر روی فرآیند تزریق میباشد. در این نوع از انژکتورها میتوان تعداد دفعات پاشش سوخت را در طی یک سیکل احتراقی تا پنج مرتبه افزایش داد. با این کار به علت پاششهای چندباره، تورک خروجی موتور افزایش مییابد، همچنین به علت احتراق یکنواختتر و جلوگیری از انفجار یک دفعهای میزان ضربه در موتور کاهش مییابد.

تحلیل تجربی خواص سایشی یک ایمپلنت استخوانی زیستسازگار
پژوهش حاضر دربرگیرندهٔ خواص سایشی آلیاژ زیست سازگار Mg-5Zn-1Y-xCa با درصدهای مختلف وزنی کلسیم است. آزمایشها در محیط شبیهساز بدن انسان برای بارگذاریهای 10 تا 40 نیوتن و سرعت 30 دور بر دقیقه، در فاصله ثابت 100 متر و به روش پین بر دیسک، انجام شده است. ضریب اصطکاک و نرخهای سایش در 5 مرحله اندازهگیری و محاسبه شده و با استفاده از رسم نمودار، تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و آنالیز (EDS)، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل نشاندهندهٔ کاهش نرخ سایش و ضریب اصطکاک، به ازای افزایش بارگذاری، در کلیه آلیاژهای مورد بررسی بود. افزایش در محتوای کلسیم نیز کاهش خواص سایشی را نشان داد و مکانیزم سایشی غالب رخ داده در اکثر نمونهها، خراشان بود. نمونه آلیاژ فاقد کلسیم، کمترین مقدار ضریب اصطکاک را برای بیشترین بارگذاری نشان داد، درحالیکه در کمترین بارگذاری، آلیاژ حاوی بیشترین مقدار کلسیم، بیشترین ضریب اصطکاک را به خود اختصاص داد. علاوه بر این، کلیه مقادیر نرخ سایش، بین 0.00019 و 0.00057 میلیمتر مربع قرار گرفت و برای هر دو فاکتور ضریب اصطکاک و نرخ سایش، بارگذاری 40 نیوتن نمودارهای یکنواختتری را نشان داد.

کنترل جریان سیال به وسیله عملگرهای مبتنی بر میدانهای الکتریکی و مغناطیسی
در این مقاله ابتدا توضیح مختصری از مفهوم کنترل جریان سیال و نحوه دستهبندی روشهای مختلف آن داده شده است. در ادامه دو دسته مهم از عملگرهای کنترل جریانی مبتنی بر میدانهای الکتریکی و مغناطیسی معرفی و نحوه عملکرد آنها توسط نیروی لورنتس توضیح داده شده است. دسته اول که به عملگرهای الکتروهیدرودینامیک مشهور هستند، صرفا تحت تأثیر میدان الکتریکی عمل میکنند. این عملگرها با استفاده از تخلیه الکتریکی ولتاژ بالا توسط الکترودهای هادی جریان الکتریکی، لایه نازکی از هوای گذرنده از روی عملگر را یونیزه کرده و سپس این لایه در حضور میدان الکتریکی شتاب میگیرد. دسته دوم که عملگرهای مگنتوهیدرودینامیک هستند، علاوه بر میدان الکتریکی، میدان مغناطیسی نیز همزمان به جریان سیال اعمال میکنند. در ادامه کارایی عملگرهای مگنتوهیدرودینامیک در جریانهای مافوق صوت برررسی و تأثیرات آن بر اصلاح زاویه شوک، کاهش جدایش و کنترل رشد لایه مرزی بررسی شده است.

ساخت کامپوزیتهای کربن-کربن دوبعدی بر پایه قیر
خواص ویژه کربن مانند استحکام و سختی بالا، مقاومت شیمیایی خوب، رسانایی الکتریکی بالا و پایداری حرارتی مناسب در محیطهای غیراکسیدکننده باعث شده است که مواد کربنی به طور گسترده برای کاربردهای نسوز، صنایع هستهای، صنایع نظامی و بسیاری دیگر از کاربردهای هوافضا، الکتریکی و شیمیایی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. کامپوزیتهای کربن-کربن دستهای از مواد کربنی دارای دو جزء الیاف و زمینه هستند، به طوری که خواص هر جزء نقش مهمی را در تعیین خواص منحصربهفرد کامپوزیت نهایی ایفا میکنند. حفظ خواص مکانیکی عالی این کامپوزیتها در دماهای بالاتر از 2000C، باعث برتری آنها نسبت به سوپرآلیاژها و سرامیکها در زمینه کاربردهای دما بالا شده است. کامپوزیتهای کربن-کربن از طریق نفوذ دادن یک پیشماده کربنی با قابلیت تبدیل به گرافیت به درون شبکهای پیشساخته از الیاف کربنی و انجام فرایندهای حرارتی مختلف به منظور تبدیل پیشماده به کربن خالص و قرارگیری درون فضاهای خالی میان الیاف کربنی، به دست میآیند. در پژوهش حاضر فرایند ساخت کامپوزیتهای کربن-کربن از طریق نفوذ قیر، به عنوان یک ماتریس کربنی، در حالت مایع به درون شبکهای پیشساخته با آرایش دو بعدی از الیاف کربنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و مراحل مختلف فرایند تولید به طور دقیق معرفی میشود.
