معرفی رشته (گرایش) مهندسی خودرو
امروزه رشته مهندسͬ خودرو در درس های پایه ای تشابه زیادی با گرایش های مهندسͬ مͺانی ͷدارد که مطابق علاقه دوستداران مهندسͬ مͺانی ͷمͬ شود. از سویی تمرکز رشته خودرو بر مسائل تخصصͬ باعث عمق بیشتر آن نسبت به گرایش های دیͽر مهندسͬ مͺانی ͷمͬ شود. گرایش های اصلͬ مهندسͬ خودرو در مقطع کارشناسͬ ارشد شامل »قوای محرکه خودرو،« »طراحͬ سیستم های دینامی ͬͺخودرو« و »طراحͬ سازه و بدنه خودرو« مͬ باشند. گرایش های دیͽری مانند »مهندسͬ تعمیر و نگهداشت خودرو،« »مهندسͬ برق خودرو« و »مهندسͬ مواد خودرو« نیز در حال تدوین هستند که در سال های آینده معرفͬ خواهند شد. برای ادامه تحصیل در داخل و خارج کشور نیز علاوه بر دانشͺده های مهندسͬ مͺانی ،ͷدانشͺده های تخصصͬ مهندسͬ خودرو شانس مهندسان خودرو را دوچندان مͬ کند. برای ورود به بازار کار علاوه بر شرکت های خودروسازی مͬ توان سراغ شرکت های قطعه سازی و واحدهای تعمیر و نگهداری نیز رفت. زمینه های تحقیقات،ͬ ادامه تحصیل و شغلͬ مهندسͬ خودرو تنها به خودروهای سواری محدود نمͬ شود و کار در حوزه خودروهای خارج جاده ای و خودروهای تجاری )سب ͷو سنگین( جذابیت های خاص خود را دارد که اکنون در کشور کمتر به صورت تخصصͬ و آ کادمی ͷبه آنها پزداخته شده است.

مروری بر خواص، فرآوری تولید و کاربردهای مکسفازهای نانولایهای
مکس فازها؛ نسلی جدید از مواد پیشرفته مهندسی و برخوردار از ترکیبی از خواص توامان فلزی و سرامیکی میباشند. این دسته از مواد با دارا بودن ساختاز ذاتی نانولایهای, قابلیت بهرهمندی از رفتار فلزات و آلیاژها نظیر انعطاف پذیری و چقرمگی مناسب، به همراه سودجستن از رفتار سرامیکها همچون مقاومت سایشی و اکسایشی خوب را برخوردار می باشند. مجموعه خواص بسیار عالی، چگالی نسبتاً کم و قابلیت ماشینکاری بالا، این ترکیبات را به یکی از مواد مهم و استراتژیک در صنایع مدرن و حساس کشورهای پیشرفته تبدیل کرده است. در این پژوهش تحقیقاتی کوشیده شده است تا این مواد نوین مورد شناسایی و معرفی واقع شده و دلایل چرایی خواص منحصر بفرد آنها مورد ارزیابی واقع گردد. مکانیسمهای فرآوری پارهای از مهمترین ترکیبات این مواد مورد مطالعه واقع گردیده و بهینهترین روشهای سنتز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. همچنین مهمترین کاربردهای این ترکیبات در سه حوزه فناوری های با تکنولوژی پیشرفته شامل حوزههای فضایی و کاربردی دمای بالا؛ محیطهای تریبولوژیکی و صنایع هستهای مورد بررسی واقع گردیده است.

افزایش کارایی کدهای سریال محاسباتی به روش پردازش موازی با رویکرد OpenMP
چکیده امروزه شاهد گسترش روزافزون و اجتناب ناپذیر استفاده از رایانهها در علوم و صنایع مختلف به منظور پردازش دادهها و انجام محاسبات هستیم. در این بین حجم محاسبات علمی در برخی از صنایع همچون صنعت هوافضا به دلیل سنگینی و پیچیدگی محاسبات میزان بالایی از پردازش را میطلبد و همچنین مقابله به موقع با چالشهای فراوان پیش رو، نیاز به سرعت را نیز افزایش میابد. نیاز به دستیابی روشهای نوینی که به نحوه مطلوبی پاسخگوی این نیازها بوده و همچنین مشکلات ابر رایانهها را تا حد زیادی مرتفع سازد به شدت احساس میشود. در این مقاله، به بررسی عملکرد کدهای محاسباتی در حالت سریال و موازی به روش حافظه اشتراکی پرداخته میشود. و در نهایت کد دو بعدی لاپلاس موازی خواهد شد. نکته متمایز کننده این تحقیق تلاش برای افزایش کارایی و عملکرد اجرای برنامهها از طریق دست یافتن به الگوریتمهایی برای بهبود عملکرد کدهای سریال میباشد. آنچه حاصل گردید عملکرد مناسب پردازش موازی با افزایش تعداد هستههای سیستم بر روی کدهای محاسباتی بود.

مروری بر فرایند شکلدهی تدریجی
شکلدهی تدریجی، فرآیندی نوین، کم هزینه و انعطافپذیر برای شکلدهی ورق محسوب میشود. با توجه به زمان زیاد این فرایند، استفاده از این روش برای فرمدهی قطعات در حجم تولید کم و ساخت نمونهای قطعات مناسب است. فرایند شکلدهی تدریجی از لحاظ تجهیزات اولیه فرایندی کم هزینه است. اجزاء مورد نیاز برای شکلدهی یک ابزار نیم کروی، یک فیکسچر و یک دستگاه کنترل عددی است. برای تولید یک محصول با خواص مطلوب و عملکرد مناسب با کمترین هزینه، تعیین میزان بهینهای برای پارامترهای فرآیند بسیار ضروری است. هدف از ارائه این مقاله بررسی وضعیت کنونی فرایند شکلدهی تدریجی با توجه به قابلیتهای فنی و محدودیتهای خاص این فرایند است. در این مقاله بیشترین تمرکز بر روی تأثیر پارامترهای فرایند شکلدهی تدریجی بر مقدار شکلپذیری، تغییر شکل و مکانیزمهای شکست، برگشت فنری، کیفیت سطح و نیرو شکلدهی برای به دست آوردن بهینهترین مقدار برای هر پارامترها در فرایند شکلدهی تدریجی است.

بهینه سازی عملکرد درهم شکستگی تیوبهای جدار نازک اس شکل با استفاده از شبکه عصبی و الگوریتم ژنتیک
در این مقاله به مطالعه رفتار جذب انرژی سازههای تک جدارهای اس- شکل با هشت سطح مقطع مختلف از جمله مثلث، مربع، شش ضلعی، هشت ضلعی، دایروی، مستطیلی، لوزوی و بیضوی تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی محوری پرداخته شده است. این سازهها در صنعت حمل و نقل به دلیل شکل هندسی مخصوصشان در جاهایی که محدودیت مکانی ایجاب میکند مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. بدلیل نسبت استحکام به وزن بالای آلومنیوم، جنس سازههای ذکر شده در این پژوهش از مواد آلومنیومی در نظر گرفته شده است. شبیهسازی سازههای ذکر شده در نرمافزار المان محدود ال اس-داینا صورت میپذیرد. جهت رتبهبندی عملکرد جذب انرژی سازهها از روش تصمیمگیری کپراس استفاده میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که سازهی اس شکل با سطح مقطع مستطیلی نسبت به مابقی سطوح رتبهی بالاتری را در عملکرد درهم شکستگی به خود اختصاص میدهد. در انتها برخی از پارامترهای طراحی سازه-ی معرفی شده با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و الگوریتم ژنتیک بهینهسازی میشوند.

نقش استند آزمون، استند خلبانی و شبیه ساز پرواز در صنعت هوایی
استند آزمون یا مرغ آهنین به عنوان ابزاری مهندسی با هدف یکپارچهسازی، بهینهسازی و تایید عملکرد سیستمهای حیاتی هواپیما از جمله سیستمهای تولید برق، هیدرولیک و کنترل پرواز در مرحله طراحی به کار میرود. ادغام فیزیکی سیستمها، چیده مانی و محل قرارگیری اجزاء مختلف در مرغ آهنین، باید مشابه با هواپیما واقعی باشد. استند خلبانی جزء زیر ساختارهای صنعت هوایی در مراحل طراحی و ساخت هواپیما میباشد. اطلاعات اولیه و ورودی جهت طراحی و ساخت استند خلبانی حاصل از نتایج طراحی هواپیما و دادههای تونل باد میباشد. استند خلبانی وسیلهای است که روی زمین جهت آمادهسازی خلبان برای اولین پرواز و آزمایشهای پروازی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. شبیهساز پرواز هواپیما وسیلهای است که در راستای آموزش اولیه و مجدد خلبانان، تمرینات دورهای، پرواز در شرایط بد آب و هوائی و محدویت دید، پرواز در شرایط پیچیده مانند واماندگی و خود چرخشی و پرواز در شرایط خرابی سیستمهای عملیاتی مورد استفاده قرارمیگیرد. اطلاعات اصلی جهت طراحی و ساخت شبیهساز پرواز هواپیما حاصل از نتایج آزمایشهای پروازی هواپیما در شرایط واقعی پرواز میباشد.

بررسی تاثیر پارامترهای دینامیکی بر سرعت بحرانی واگن مولد بخار مجهز به بوژی Y25
واگن مولد بخار از نوع واگن های کمکی در تشکیل آرایش قطار است که وظیفه تولید بخار آب جهت استفاده در سیستم گرمایش واگن های مسافری را بر عهده دارد. در حال حاضر قریب به 60 واگن مولد بخار در ناوگان راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حال بهره برداری هستند. به علت محدودیت های دینامیکی، حداکثر سرعت سیر این واگن ها برابر با 120 کیلومتر در ساعت تعیین شده است که 20 کیلومتر بر ساعت کمتر از حداکثر سرعت سیر اکثر واگن های مسافری می باشد. این اختلاف در محدودیت سرعت منجر به کاهش سرعت حرکت قطار و در نتیجه کاهش ظرفیت حمل و نقل در شبکه ریلی کشور می گردد. در این مقاله مدل پارامتری از ارتعاشات عرضی واگن مولد بخار با هدف شناسایی اثر پارامترهای مختلف بر حداکثر سرعت سیر توسعه داده شده است. سپس مقادیر ویژه و نسبت میرایی سیستم برای سرعت های مختلف محاسبه شده است. در سرعت هایی که نسبت میرایی سیستم منفی گردد، ناپایداری رخ داده است و سرعت مربوطه، سرعت بحرانی سیستم خواهد بود. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد افزایش فاصله بین دو محور بیشترین تاثیر را بر افزایش حداکثر سرعت سیر دارد ولی ایجاد تغییر در این پارامتر نیازمند ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در طراحی بوژی است. از سوی دیگر با کاهش 30 درصدی ظرفیت مخزنهای آب و سوخت و نیز سختی جانبی بین فریم و محور، حداکثر سرعت قابل سیر به میزان 17.8 درصد افزایش یافته و به 162.7 کیلومتر بر ساعت می رسد.

کنترل ارتعاشات عرضی پره توربینهای گازی به کمک سیم های مستهلک کننده
توربینهای گازی از کاربردیترین تجهیزات مورداستفاده در صنایع نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و هوافضا هستند که در دهههای اخیر پژوهشهای متعددی در ارتباط با مدلسازی و پیشبینی عملکرد آنها صورت پذیرفته است. یکی از اصلیترین اجزاء این ادوات، پرهها میباشند که بهطور مداوم در معرض ارتعاشات ناشی از نیروهای پیچیده گوناگون ازجمله تحریک سیال خارجی هستند. بهمنظور حذف ارتعاشات ناخواسته و همچنین جلوگیری از رخداد پدیدههای مخرب در این سازهها همچون خستگی و تشدید، مهندسین راهکارهای متنوعی پیشنهاد کردهاند که یکی از کارآمدترین آنها استفاده از شرود و سیمهای مستهلک کننده است. ازاینرو در این مقاله به بررسی عملکرد و اثرات شرود و سیمهای مستهلک کننده بر ارتعاشات پرههای توربینهای گازی پرداخته میشود. ابتدا تعاریف اولیه توربین و انواع آن تشریح خواهد شد. در ادامه سیستم دیسک و پره که اساسیترین روش برای مدلسازی توربینها است معرفی میشود. همچنین مفاهیم اولیه نیروهای آئرودینامیک وارده بر پرهها و ناپایداریهای ایجادشده در آنها به صورت اختصار تشریح خواهند شد. درنهایت نیز با طرح یک مثال عددی، کاهش ارتعاشات پرههای توربین متصل به سیمهای مستهلک کننده، تحت نیروهای گریز از مرکز و آئرودینامیک بررسی خواهد شد.

بررسی تاثیر عملگرهای کنترلر مومنتوم سیالی در مدیریت دمایی یک میکروماهواره نمونه
ترکیب عملگرهای استفاده شده در زیرسیستمهای مختلف ماهواره میتواند روشی برای کاهش هزینههای موجود، جرم، حجم و پیچیدگی سیستم و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان و عملکرد کلی ماهواره باشد. از طرفی ترکیب وسایل و سخت افزارهای مورد استفاده در زیرسیستمهای مختلف در ماهواره همواره ایدهای جذاب و رضایت بخش برای طراحان بوده؛ چرا که دو هدف را با یک وسیله برآورده کردن هم صرفه جویی در بودجه وزنی و هم در بودجه مالی پروژه میباشد. یک نمونه از این عملگرهای جدید، کنترلرهای مومنتوم سیالی هستند که علاوه بر ماموریت اصلی آنها که کنترل وضعیت ماهواره میباشد در کنترل حرارت ماهواره نیز میتوانند نقش به سزایی ایفا کنند. در این مقاله، ابتدا پارامترهای حرارتی یک ماهواره و منابع تاثیرگذار خارجی بر آن تشریح شده است. سپس صورت مسئله که تحلیل یک میکروماهواره نمونه مجهز به عملگرهای کنترلر مومنتوم سیالی بوده؛ با توجه به نوع چیدمان، مشخصات سیال، جنس لولهها و شرایط مداری در نرم افزار متلب شبیه سازی شده است. در پایان، نتایج شبیهسازی و میزان تاثیرگذاری عملگرها در مدیریت دمایی با نمونههای مشابه و همچنین نرم افزار کنترل حرارت تجاری IDEAS صحت سنجی گردیده است.
