تحلیل اقتصادی مولدهای کوچک نیروگاهی تولید همزمان گرما و برق
امروزه بهدلیل رشد سریع جمعیت و کاهش منابع سوخت فسیلی نیاز روزافزون به انرژی بهشدت احساس میشود و بجاست از سوختهای جایگزین و روشهای پربازده جهت تأمین انرژی استفاده گردد. بهخصوص اگر روشهای مذکور، از جمله روش تولید همزمان گرما و برق[i] دارای حداکثر بازده 90 درصد بوده که در مقایسه با دیگر روشها، از جمله نیروگاههای متمرکز، مقداری قابل ملاحظه میباشد. این نوع مولدهای برق مقیاسکوچک در محل اتصال به شبکة سراسری حداکثر تا ظرفیت 25 مگاوات ظرفیت عملی اتصال داشته، بنا بر مطالعات صورتگرفته بازدهی ترکیبی معادل 5/1 برابر متوسط بازده نیروگاهی دارند. در این مقاله، با توجه به مطالعات انجامشده و نتایج حاصل از برخی مقالات این نتیجه حاصل شده است که با فروش برق در یک دورة سهساله هزینة سیستم مستهلک میشود و از سال سوم به بعد به سوددهی میرسد. در طرح دیگر، یک مجموعة ساختمانی با 4200 آپارتمان برای بار پیک، حداقل به یک مولد برق پنج مگاواتی نیاز دارد. در محاسبة سرمایهگذاری اولیة آپارتمان، اگر بازیافت گرما، آب گرم 80 درجة سانتیگراد در نظر گرفته شود و شبکة آب گرم و پمپاژ آن را نیز مد نظر قرار دهیم، سهم هر واحد مسکونی در مقایسه با قیمت کل ساختمان رقم ناچیزی خواهد شد. حل عددی فرایند فورج شعاعی چندپاسة سوپرآلیاژ اینکونل 718 و مقایسة آن با نتایج تجربی
فرایند فورج شعاعی از جمله فرایندهای فورج قالبباز است که برای افزایش استحکام و کاهش عیوب داخلی استفاده میشود. از این فرایند جهت کاهش قطر محورها، محورهای پلهدار و ساخت لولههایی با پروفیل داخلی استفاده میگردد. هدف از این مقاله، شبیهسازی یک مدل ترمومکانیکی بهصورت یک آنالیز کوپل دینامیک - حرارت جهت پیشبینی نیروی لازم انجام فرایند فورج اینکونل 718[i]، تأثیر دمای اولیه بر نیروی مورد نیاز فورج، بررسی تغییرات دما در طول کل فرایند و بهدست آوردن توزیع کرنش ذخیرهشده در پاسهای مختلف میباشد. دراین مقاله بهدلیل شکلدهی داغ، آلیاژ اینکونل 718 بهصورت یک مادة الاستو - ویسکوپلاستیک مدلسازی شده است. همچنین جهت تعیین تماسها از یک ترکیب اصطکاک کولمب و تنش برشی محدودشونده استفاده شده است. در نهایت نتایج بهدست آمده با نتایج آزمون تجربی مقایسه شده که تطابق خوبی میان نتایج شبیهسازی المان محدود با نتایج عملی دیده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که مقادیر کرنش اعمالی به سطح قطعهکار در فرایند فورج شعاعی بهمراتب بیشتر از کرنشی است که به مرکز قطعهکار اعمال شده است. همچنین با افزایش دمای اولیة قطعهکار و افزایش تعداد مراحل فورج، نیروی لازم جهت انجام فرایند کاهش مییابد.

روشهای افزایش بازده توربینهای گازی
توربین گازی ماشینی است که مستقیماً با هوای محیط پیرامون کار میکند. لذا هر عاملی که سبب تغییر شرایط هوای ورودی آن شود، بر بازدة توربین اثر میگذارد. رطوبت نسبی، ارتفاع از سطح دریا و درجه حرارت محیط از دیگر عوامل تأثیرگذار بر بازده توربین گازی هستند. عموماً، فصول گرم سال، زمان اوج تقاضا برای انرژی الکتریکی است؛ این در حالی است که در چنین فصلی، توان خروجی توربینهای گازی بهدلیل درجه حرارت بالای هوای ورودی، به کمترین مقدار خود میرسد. همین امر نیز سبب میشود تا فشار زیادی بر صنعت نیروگاهی کشور وارد و جهت جبران تقاضای مازاد، همواره نیاز به سرمایهگذاری بیشتر برای احداث نیروگاههای جدیدتر احساس شود. در این مقاله توربین گازی V94.2 ، ساخت شرکت زیمنس[i]، بهعنوان مورد مطالعاتی انتخاب و جهت مطالعات پایلوت از نرمافزار ترمو فلو[ii] و جی. تی. پرو[iii] استفاده شده است.

بررسی توزیع دما درون سر انسان و هوای اطراف
از جمله مدلهای شناختهشده برای بررسی انتقال حرارت درون سر انسان معادلة پنس[i] است. در این معادله، تولید حرارت در بافت زنده، ناشی از دو منبع خونرسانی و سوختوساز میباشد. با بالارفتن دمای بافتهای سطحی، یک سازوکار انتقال حرارت جابهجایی آزاد در اطراف سر شکل میگیرد. در این مقاله، مطالعات انجامشده روی توزیع دما درون سر و هوای اطراف آن، همچنین پروفایلهای توزیع بردار سرعت در هوای اطراف سر تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. همچنین مدلی دوبعدی از سر انسان در محیط نرمافزار گمبیت[ii]، ویرایش 6، شبیهسازی شده و با استفاده از روش حجم محدود و نرمافزار فلوئنت[iii]، ویرایش 6، توزیع دما دراطراف سر (در حالت ناپایدار) بررسی شده است.

نقش پیلهای سوختی تجدیدپذیر در افزایش مداومت پروازی سیستمهای پیشرانش هوایی
پیلهای سوختی تجدیدپذیر[i] سیستمهای تولید توانی هستند که از ترکیب پیل سوختی و صفحات خورشیدی تشکیل میشوند. هدف اصلی بهکارگیری این نوع از سیستمهای هیبریدی تأمین مداوم انرژی در مدت زمانی طولانی است. از جمله کاربردهای مهم این نوع از پیلهای سوختی تأمین مداوم انرژی الکتریکی در سیستمهای پیشرانش هوایی، همچون کشتیهای هوایی و هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین میباشد. استفاده از این نوع سیستمهای هیبریدی زمانی اهمیت مییابد که منابع تأمین سوخت از وسیلة پرنده دور بوده و یا امکان سوختگیری مجدد در فواصل زمانی کوتاه برای آنها میسر نباشد. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی عملکرد پیلهای سوختی تجدیدپذیر در تأمین توان الکتریکی سیستمهای پیشرانش هوایی با مداومت پروازی بالاست. ارائة نحوة عملکرد اجزای تشکیلدهندة سیستم، همچنین بررسی توزیع جرمی و محاسبة ظرفیت قسمتهای گوناگون آن از دیگر موارد انجامشده در این مقاله میباشد.

طراحی سیستم مونتاژ برای تنوع محصول
مونتاژ، فرایند نهایی برای تولید محصول است که در آن سوارش قطعات و اجزای گوناگون صورت میگیرد تا محصول نهایی حاصل شود. امروزه، در بازار رقابت، که تنوع محصول و تولید انبوه با کیفیت و قیمت مناسب شرط ماندگاری است، بهرهگیری از روشهای نوین مونتاژ از عوامل مؤثر پایداری در بازار رقابت است. بنابراین کاربرد سیستمهای مونتاژ جدید برای دستیابی به تولید انبوه و تنوع امری الزامی بهنظر میرسد. در این مقاله آخرین پیشرفتها در حوزة طراحی سیستمهای مونتاژ، برنامهریزی و بهرهبرداری با در نظر گرفتن تنوع محصول بررسی و روشهای بهکارگیری مونتاژ، تولید سری و توازن خط مونتاژ مرور شده است. همچنین وجود پیچیدگیهای عملیاتی و نقش عوامل انسانی در سیستمهای مونتاژ بر مبنای تنوع محصول، مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. چالشهای موجود در مونتاژ با تنوع بالا ارائه شده و سپس الگویی برای آیندة تولید و ساخت محصولات شخصی (ویژة یک فرد مشخص) ارائه و درباره چالشهای مونتاژ برای این الگو بحث شده است. سرانجام فرصتها و موقعیتهای موجود برای بهکارگیری سیستمهای مونتاژ در پایان این مقاله آورده شده است.

بررسی زاویة خمش در فرایند شکلدهی بهکمک لیزر با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی
شکلدهی توسط لیزر از جمله روشهای مدرن شکلدهی است که در اثر تنشهای حرارتی ایجادشده توسط لیزر، تغییرشکل در ورق ایجاد میشود. از جمله مزایای این روش میتوان به عدم نیاز به نیروی خارجی، افزایش انعطافپذیری فرایند، عدم نیاز به ابزار جانبی و در نتیجه کاهش هزینه و افزایش دقت اشاره کرد. از طرفی فرایند شکلدهی با لیزر نیازمند هزینههای محاسباتی و تجهیزاتی بالاست. جهت کاهش هزینة محاسبات و پیشبینی زاویة خمش ایجادشده میتوان از روشهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی استفاده کرد. در این مقاله سعی شده است تا با استفاده از روش شبکة عصبی مصنوعی، مدل مناسبی جهت پیشبینی زاویة خم ارائه نمود. بهمنظور آموزش شبکه از الگوریتم پس انتشار خطا استفاده شده است. دادههای مورد نیاز برای آموزش شبکه با استفاده از تحلیل المان محدود استخراج شده که بهکمک نتایج تحلیلی یانگ جون چی اعتبارسنجی شده است. مقایسة نتایج شبکة عصبی مصنوعی با نتایج روشهای تحلیلی و عددی، صحت جوابهای پیشبینی شده توسط شبکة عصبی مصنوعی و همچنین قدرت بالای این روش را نشان میدهد.
